Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist you! Policies depend on the individual requirements of each brand we represent. Cancellations

Buyers may cancel an order for any reason within 24 hours of purchase. If you want to cancel an order, please notify us by email at info@myobjectofdesire.com. After this 24 hour period any attempts to cancel an order will be denied.

 

Floor Samples

MOoD makes available a selection of designs at special, discounted prices that have been previously used, generally in trade shows or design showrooms. These items may present natural wear, according to the materials that compose them, scratches, tears, or any other small defects. All this information is disclosed to the client in order to make an informed decision on buying this sort of item. By placing such an order, the client understands that the item is not new, which is why the client benefits from such special discounts. Orders of floor samples can be canceled before they are shipped to the client but cannot be returned or exchanged unless any damage has occurred during transit. In this case, we will place a claim to the delivery company, and after its acceptance, the client will be repaired according to their resolution. 


Custom Items

Custom items are submitted for production immediately upon order placement and are built to your specifications. Once delivered, custom order returns or exchanges due to customer preference or any other reason cannot be accepted.
